At the Aging Consciously Retreat we explore beliefs around aging that may be running in our unconscious. Individual conditioning, cultural background and the collective views on aging permeate our belief systems in ways that may surprise you. On this retreat, we explore this terrain together and create right relationship with our bodies. Having a body is a gift that offers an incredible opportunity for spiritual growth and evolution, particularly in the latter part of your life, when you know how to approach the experience of aging in a conscious manner. Surrendering into our greatest fears of living a finite existence opens us to a clearer understanding of That which does not age.

  • This is an on demand, self-paced retreat. You can start at any time and go at your own pace. Your enrollment in this retreat is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
